Liability

New Media Development endeavour to provide as reliable a service as possible, however, the client acknowledges that we shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the unavailability of our servers or services.

Domain name registration

If the client is registering a ".uk" domain with New Media Development, they shall be aware that New Media Development is acting as the customers agent with Nominet UK. Nominet's Terms and Conditions for .uk registrations can be found at http://www.nic.uk/registrants/aboutdomainnames/legal/terms/ and by purchasing the domain the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out therein.

If the client is registering a .uk.com, .uk.net .gb.com, .gb.net, .eu.com, .br.com, .cn.com, .de.com, .hu.com, .jpn.com, .no.com, .qc.com, .ru.com, .sa.com, .se.com, .se.net, .us.com, .uy.com, .web.com, .za.com domain with New Media Development, they shall be aware of the CentralNIC term and conditions (http://www.centralnic.com/terms) and by purchasing the domain agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out therein.

If the client is registering a .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .mobi, .la, .tv, .cc, .ws, .us, .co.uk, .eu, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .id.au, .co.nz, .net.nz, .org.nz domain with New Media Development, they shall be aware of the Melbourne IT policies (http://www.melbourneit.com.au/policies/) and by purchasing the domain agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out therein.

Payment of invoices

The client will settle invoices within 14 days. New Media Development reserves the right to suspend the account and/or take ownership of any hosted assets in order that New Media Development may recoup any losses if any outstanding balance is not paid after a reasonable attempt to contact the customer.

Acceptable use policy

The client will be bound by the use of New Media Developments' Acceptable Use Policy.

Suspension of services

New Media Development reserve the right to suspend a clients account after reasonable attempts have been made by New Media Development to contact the client to resolve any breach of the Business Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Where a client does not resolve any issues within 14 days of notification of any breach, New Media Development will suspend any services tendered until the the breach of terms is rectified.
