Domain name registration

If the client is registering a ".uk" domain with New Media Development, they shall be aware that New Media Development is acting as the customers agent with Nominet UK. Nominet's Terms and Conditions for .uk registrations can be found at http://www.nic.uk/registrants/aboutdomainnames/legal/terms/ and by purchasing the domain the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out therein.

If the client is registering a .uk.com, .uk.net .gb.com, .gb.net, .eu.com, .br.com, .cn.com, .de.com, .hu.com, .jpn.com, .no.com, .qc.com, .ru.com, .sa.com, .se.com, .se.net, .us.com, .uy.com, .web.com, .za.com domain with New Media Development, they shall be aware of the CentralNIC term and conditions (http://www.centralnic.com/terms) and by purchasing the domain agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out therein.

If the client is registering a .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .mobi, .la, .tv, .cc, .ws, .us, .co.uk, .eu, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .id.au, .co.nz, .net.nz, .org.nz domain with New Media Development, they shall be aware of the Melbourne IT policies (http://www.melbourneit.com.au/policies/) a
