The vibrant hire strategies site uses the New Media CMS to integrate a Typepad blog and YouTube videos for maximum impact.
"New Media" and "New Media Development" - the company New Media Development Ltd registered in England and Wales No. 04839892.
"Inappropriate Material" - material that under the laws of any jurisdiction where the material can be accessed is or may be any of the following: unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, obscene, pornographic, malicious, profane, libellous, defamatory, infringes any Intellectual Property Rights, constitutes or encourages a criminal offence or contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harmful code.
"Intellectual Property Rights" - copyrights, patents, registered and
unregistered design rights, topography rights, trademarks and service
marks and applications for any of the foregoing, together with all
trade secrets, know-how, rights to confidence and other intellectual
and industrial property rights in all parts of the world.
"Material" - text, graphics, images, sound, video or any combination thereof.
New Media Development operate a zero tolerance approach to Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (aka "SPAM").
The client shall not use any domain hosted by New Media Development to send UCE or provide any tools or services that are designed to aid spammers (for example bulk mailers).
The client is wholly responsible for the materials that make up the web pages they host with New Media Development. It is their responsibility to ensure that they do not violate UK law and that they hold the Intellectual Property Rights and/or posess a full and effective licence from all relevant third parties allowing the use of the material and its dissemination world wide.
New Media Development may suspend access to your account and remove the material without notice where it is deemed to be inappropriate or unlawful.
The client must attend to their customers orders and enquiries in a timely manner, whilst adhering to the relevant UK legislation regarding distance selling. Where New Media Development provide integrated services with a payment gateway service, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they operate within the terms and conditions of that payment gateway provider.
Where New Media Development find that a client is in contravention of the relevant regulations, the client will be informed and asked to rectify the situation. If after a reasonable time, the situation remains unresolved, New Media Development reserve the right to suspend the clients trading capabilities until the relevant regulations are met.
